Health Insurance Coverage
Many extended medical insurance plans cover nutrition counselling by a Clinical Nutritionist. Check your plan to see what is covered for you. Please note I am NOT a dietician If your plan does not cover these services, save your receipt for a tax credit.
Cancellation Policy
Twenty-four (24) hours notice is needed to cancel appointment, a fee of $55.00 will be charged to you. This allows our office time to seek a replacement.
